Terms and Conditions

By accessing BridgeSystem.net or using Bridge System™, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are of legal age and have authority to bind the business you represent.

The website provides information. The service relationship begins when you subscribe or enter an order. Your actual scope is confirmed by checkout, order form, or implementation agreement. Where a signed or order-specific document conflicts with these website terms, the signed or order-specific document controls.

• Bridge System™ is billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Published amounts are starting prices. Final pricing depends on configuration, locations, and requirements.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancelled under your order terms.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, carrier fees, and third-party platform fees unless stated otherwise.

Command Center Implementation starts at $999 as a one-time fee. Advanced programming, custom integrations, or nonstandard requirements are additional and quoted separately.

• A $49 monthly starting usage credit per location is applied as described in your order.
• Usage is drawn from a wallet balance with a card on file where applicable.
• Metered usage may include phone, SMS/MMS, AI, and email consumption where applicable.
• Usage beyond the included credit is billed as additional use, and the wallet may recharge automatically.
• Nothing in these Terms implies unlimited usage.

The Veteran-Owned 20% discount applies only to eligible, applicable monthly Bridge System™ pricing. It does not automatically apply to metered usage, add-ons, implementation, or the HIPAA Compliance add-on unless expressly stated in your order. Eligibility verification may be required.

The HIPAA Compliance add-on requires the applicable configuration and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement. You remain responsible for your own policies, permissions, workforce training, access controls, and lawful use. A standard account is not automatically HIPAA compliant, and we make no blanket compliance guarantee.

Phone numbers, SMS sending, and A2P messaging require carrier registration and approval. Carriers impose their own fees, rules, filtering, and timelines, and may delay, reject, or block registrations or messages. Number porting depends on third parties and may take time. We do not control and do not guarantee carrier outcomes.

You are responsible for the data you place into the platform and for obtaining all consents required for calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp and other messaging, recording, transcription, review requests, and AI processing involving your customers.

AI features produce probabilistic outputs that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Human review is required for consequential decisions. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Voice assistants, advanced AI, and specialty AI may carry additional cost.

The service may connect to supported third-party platforms and payment processors. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, may change or discontinue functionality, and may experience outages. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, changes, or availability.

• No spam, unlawful marketing, or messaging without required consent
• No fraud, deception, harassment, or abusive communication
• No illegal surveillance or unlawful recording
• No prohibited, infringing, or unlawful content
• No credential sharing abuse or unauthorized access
• No circumvention of platform, carrier, or usage controls

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing user permissions, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at Office@BridgeSystem.net of suspected unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful or abusive use, carrier or provider requirements, or material breach of these Terms.

We do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, response times, uptime beyond any separately written service level agreement, message deliverability, carrier approval, review outcomes, or AI accuracy.

Bridge System™ branding, software, configurations, templates, and workflows remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your customer content, and you grant us the license necessary to host, process, and transmit that content in order to provide the service.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the service and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms or as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bridge System LLC harmless from third-party claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, your communications with your customers, or your violation of law or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of organization of Bridge System LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute-resolution venue or procedure specifically agreed in a signed order or implementation agreement controls over this section.
