01Who We Are

Bridge System™ is operated through Bridge System LLC ("Bridge System," "we," "us"). Bridge System™ is a Business Command Center that helps businesses centralize contacts, conversations, appointments, opportunities, payments, reviews, automation, AI, and customer data.

Carrasco Consulting diagnoses and architects the digital property, Local Legends™ deploys the implementation, and Bridge System™ helps the business operate the communication and customer journey infrastructure.

02Information We Collect

  • Website and contact data — name, business name, email, phone, and message content submitted through website forms or direct contact.
  • Account and onboarding data — account details, billing contacts, locations, configuration preferences, and professional-entity or location intake information.
  • Business and customer information you place into the platform — contacts, notes, tags, and records you or your authorized users choose to store.
  • Forms, surveys, and support interactions — submissions, tickets, and correspondence with our team.
  • Communications data — calls, SMS/MMS, email, website chat, WhatsApp and other supported messaging, call metadata, and where configured, recordings and transcripts.
  • AI processing data — inputs and AI-generated summaries or responses where AI features are enabled.
  • Commercial data — appointments, pipeline and opportunity data, invoices, payments, and payment metadata. Card data is handled by payment processors as applicable; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device, log, and cookie data — IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and similar technical information.

03How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the service
  • Configure accounts, locations, integrations, and workflows
  • Deliver customer support and implementation assistance
  • Security, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention
  • Billing, usage measurement, and account administration
  • Service improvement, troubleshooting, and quality review
  • Permitted communications about the account and service
  • Legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance

04Service Providers, Subprocessors, And Integrations

We use third-party service providers and subprocessors to deliver the platform, including hosting, telephony and messaging providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and analytics or support tooling where enabled. Where you connect a supported third-party platform, information moves between Bridge System™ and that platform according to the configuration you authorize and that platform's own terms and privacy practices.

05SMS, Messaging, And Mobile Opt-In

We do not sell mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing. SMS consent data is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

  • Explicit opt-in is obtained where required before sending messages.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Customer Responsibility For End-Customer Data

If you use Bridge System™ to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for the lawful collection, consent, use, storage, and disclosure of that end-customer data, including obtaining any consent required for calls, SMS, email, messaging, recording, transcription, or AI processing in your jurisdiction and industry.

07Retention And Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim any privacy or security certification that is not separately documented in writing.

08Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to Office@BridgeSystem.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where we process information on behalf of a business customer, we will direct the request to that customer.

09Cross-Border Processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10Children And Minors

Bridge System™ is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact Office@BridgeSystem.net so we can remove it.
